In summary, we introduced a completely new adjuvant Mn into LNPs to construct a common mRNA supply program (IC8/Mn LNPs) which can the two improve mRNA expression and activate the immune response. In particular grounded on basic adjuvant addition, IC8/Mn LNPs experienced good potential customers for
